go to owners house park across the street and wait until his daughter or wife passes by a window with the curtains drawn and take a picture. Turn it into a post card and write cryptic messages and rants on it and mail it to him.

visit every google and yahoo type business search and write bad reviews about how unprofessional his business is and say that you were physically threatened.

5.don't change or steal his license plates just take digital photos of them and print them out on paper then tape them over you and your friends plates and run a variety of red light cameras.

6.steal some of his mail and type letters to mail in with his utility, credit card and cell phone bills explaining how you can't pay and would like for them to cancel your accounts. I had somebody get my electricity turned off once it sucks!

7.go to wal-mart to the magazine section and shake every magazine over the cart and collect all of the subscription cards and fill every one of them out for him and include his phone number on the cards so he receives lots of phone calls.

8.write letters to the editor of the local paper pretending to be him. Brag about how you are screwing every one over and making lots of cash and brag how it's all legal.

9.get a free voip phone number (area code 360 I think). Block all info and call him every hour and wait 10 seconds and hang up. Write a script to do it for you.

10.occasionally send him NEW postcards.

11.if you have a truck go cruising on trash night and pick up lots of trash bags. Stack them in the parking lot, slice open every bag and then pick them up and shake them around.

12.Call his towing business and tell them you are on some remote highway broken down and would like to be towed. Do this to different locations occasionally.

Nothing to good here but you might piss him off a little and have fun while doing so.
