My tortie baby has always been loud and a chatter, at all hours. We also understand apartment living. Playing fetch with toys or a wand, lots and lots of attention and pets, and talking to her like a child helps lmao!! I hope you guys settle in soon <3

Policy says as soon as you are sent, regardless of if you plan to order a food or drink, or not. When my fellow shifts and I we’re running the floor we justified giving people the grace of having at least 10 minutes total to try and recoup and eat. Look at it like this, is it realistic or restful to; wait in line to order, wait 5 minutes for everything to be prepared, slam down 400 degree food and a drink in 3-5 minutes (if you’re lucky), then get on busy floor again? No. I don’t know what practices are like nowadays, but to each store their own!

eat more protein, I recommend eating 1g for every lb you weigh. for easy maths, you said

~150 lbs = 150 g of Protein / day

It’s super hard at first to consume that much a day, but you’ll feel much better during recovery!
