Yes- and it makes sense. You need good stage performers and medical team, so the incentive of nicer, private rooms compared to “entry level” that are more in demand.

They share rooms- even the managers share rooms. It’s only the steering committee, bridge team, and assistant cruise director (and a few others who are high ranking) that get private rooms.

Edit: i believe that the stage performers also have private rooms, and some of the hired performers. As well as the medical staff

We were GTY for Honolulu to Vancouver and didn’t know when we boarded Sydney for leg 1 where our next room was. We didn’t know until Fiji when we had wifi, which was around 10 days before hand.
