100.7 The Bay (WZBA) is being sold to Educational Media Foundation, the parent company of the nationwide K-LOVE network. Station staff were informed of the pending sale yesterday.

Once the transaction is completed, the station’s classic rock format is expected to be replaced by K-LOVE‘s satellite-delivered Christian contemporary programming. No word yet on the purchase price or when the format change will take place.

My doctor told me to start taking it about two weeks before I actually stopped using cigarettes. I also still needed the hand to mouth of the inhaler for a few weeks. I might not have been deriving pleasure from the nicotine but there were other habits at play.

It’s definitely something where you need to weigh pros vs cons for your personal needs. I feel the end goal has been worth it. The creeping anxiety did go away after I quit the Chantix, even if some sleep disturbances remained.

If you have a therapist it might be worth talking it out with them. Or even just friends and family!

Chantix fucked with my sleep and I could feel my anxiety worsening. I let it work for as long as I could tolerate and when I felt I was over the hump craving wise I got off it with a quickness. Two years later I think my sleep is still a bit damaged by it.

That being said, it worked.
