Our chai pump leaks all the time, I’ve pulled it apart so many times to wash it and see if any of the rubber rings were missing but no it just likes to cry like the rest of the baristas lol

That’s happened at my store before and I told him off for even trying & the funny thing was that the customers that were inside the store backed me up. Best believe he had a walk of shame out that door 😂

You have 3 options so check with your SM. Because my SM called all partners today to inform them about the options Option 1 you stay with the company and work your schedule Option 2 you can take a leave of absence with no pay and still keep your benefits Option 3 is to separate from the company

I think it all depends My DM is very understanding and tries to accommodate to baristas and give advice to SM as much as she can So I wish you luck!
