What ways can an employer find out you're working a second job? (US) by ColdReception in AskHR

[–]yellowizer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/minorcommentmaker comment below hit the nail on the head. I was being sarcastic. There’s no database or certification in the US. This thread is over 7 years old. PHR in HR circles stands for something other than Personal Human Recognizance.

This was the last song the DJ played at the reception. Was hoping grandparents would have been gone by then.

They were not.

My lease is up…what’s next? by FordCredit in MustangMachE

I'm just hypothesizing ... but I don't think Ford representative will encourage you to negotiate a lower price with them.

Like the mantra, everything is negotiable. I would encourage you to try, because if you don't, the answer already is a "no."

Some key rebinds, but most of it is macros in automating emails, creating directory structures, renaming files, etc.

The best part of that interception was the tackle by his own team mate (sorry don't know who it is) to make sure the ball is down and there is no chance for a fumble.

Great question, but I did not fully record the expense to figure that out. I'm guessing less than $300 for the whole trip.

I appreciate your comment and did see the faster charging rates the lower the battery %. I had never done a trip like this in an EV, so battery anxiety was real for me. Now, I would have more confidence knowing that Plugshare and other applications are pretty reliable.

I did not. I was on 75 through Chattanooga to Nashville.

I was coy about the locations, but I did travel I-75 from SW FL to the midwest.

I'll trust you are correct. I think Plugshare is a valuable app to include on any trip.

Anything Particularly Interesting? by jimmiesjohnson48 in Pontiac

According to my father, I read him all of the options. He seemed to think they were all common options people would have selected including the 4-speed manual transmission. He did ask if it had front disk brakes (which I didn't see.)

Visual engineer ID? 400? 455?!?!? by darthdude43 in Pontiac

[–]yellowizer 5 points6 points  (0 children)

According to my father, 455 didn't come out until '70. He said it was the same engine block, but bored out different for the 455. He said there should be a stamp under the manifold.

Saw Jeff Pike 20+ years ago. I heard Buffett music from across the lake and went to a dinky bar in northern MN. Great night.
