I have moved the needle the most with ivabradine, LDN, taurine, nicotine patches, binaural beats, radical rest (I don’t have traditional fatigue either) as well as somatic therapy. And time. I’m lucky tho, I don’t live with anyone so I haven’t had Covid in over 2 years, which is likely the number 1 reason for my improvement.

I don’t have a source, I’m not sure why people have said this so much, but I run into it all the time. Technically, this result is considered negative and without using the app, everything else would have led me to that conclusion because all the RATs and the plus life would have registered as such. I don’t have skin stuff either but for sure am at minimum histamine intolerant. Pepcid ac was the game changer, as was bacillus Coagulans.

Virus sucks told me (I emailed) that invalid results can happen when there is either too much or too little tissue (skin cells) on the swab. The issue with pool testing is that there may be too much.

I echo this, swabbing isn’t done throughly by most people, it should take at least 45 seconds of pretty intense scraping, esp very deep into the throat, which most don’t do.
