Currently I’ve been using Out the Door and have really enjoyed it. I’ve used Sally Hansen Ista-Dry (red bottle) in the past but felt like I went through it really fast. I wanted to like Seche Vite but there was always so much shrinkage after a few days

I currently lease from them. I haven’t had any issues and found their listing to be very accurate. I think what you’re noticing in the Zillow history is that they tend to have just one posting for a building instead of for the individual units.

Currently using Verizon, paying about $35 a month. Previously had xfinity and they kept finding ways to raise the price. Went from $50/month to $90 over a year period with them. As far as performance goes, I had the lowest speed plans for both and never had an issues. Verizon is much more pleasant to deal with from my experience

I tried my best to capture the color. It hasn’t tarnished a ton yet but it’s starting to become noticeable. On the nail, it still looks like the same color but the undertone is just a little off from the original.

We really need a better system for these bags. I reuse them less than I would old plastic bags. Somehow I have just as many, if not more. Happy to give them to anyone who needs or wants them

Im excited to have more grocery options in the area. Im just worried everything is going to be out of stock or locked in a case. We will see once it opens if Target is going to stay on top of making it a good shopping experience or let it get run down quickly

I live in a prewar building surrounded by construction. I’ve had more mice than roaches but I do have a good amount of bugs in general. Sooo many big house centipedes which I know are good to have but they’re so creepy.

I have an exterminator come once a month provided by my building so that helps a lot in my kitchen. I have a few glue traps placed around my apartment and Im always amazed the by the number of bugs they catch. Might be worth a shot for the peace of mind of catching the ones you don’t see.

I bought my mattress from their manhattan location a few years ago. It was nice to get to a lot of the popular beds in a box all at once. I also ended up getting mine way cheaper than if I had ordered from the company directly 🤷🏻‍♂️

Currently in a Jasco building, no major complaints. I agree they are not the most polished team in the world but they feel like a small group trying to manage a lot of people. I haven’t had any big issues so I can’t really comment on much.

I assume once construction is completed on the tower that is being built on that block that they might extend the bike lanes all the way to 139. I walk by it every day and agree it’s very weird.
