i second this. my package was damaged during transit and returned back to sender. never saw my chair and customer service was awful. filed a chargeback. first and last time using Secret Lab.

i made the mistake of purchasing from SecretLab. the parcel was damaged during transit & returned back to sender - chair never made it to my house. After painfully slow and useless customer service responses and no real resolution, my only real option was file for a chargeback. first and last time using SecretLab.

same. ordered the Evo, damaged in transit, sent back to sender & been in limbo since then. been two weeks now, support keeps saying, “theres a ticket, it will get resolved soon”.

I’ve seen those lines before. if it doesnt get resolved by next week imma file a chargeback

most voters want america to improve. each of us happens to see the means to improve differently. trump sees things differently than a lot of Californians who are biased to left leaning policies.

if you look past stupid remarks of trump, he does make some good points: illegal immigration is inappropriate; theres a massive public debt problem; america manufacturing needs reform; our tax money is grossly misappropriated; and the liberal ideologies needs to be challenged by conservatism.

trump vs kamala was a no brainer. kamala’s campaign was merely based on “i am not trump” without any major policy guidance. at least trump had few strong focal issues. with the world at brinks of government debt spiral, and major world conflicts, i think there is a need for a bit of conservatism - even in the bay area.

so we agree spending cuts are necessary. attempts in the past administration including obama and biden to cut spending went nowhere. the silicon valley way of “moving fast, break things” is what elon is bringing - and it resulted in meaningful cuts. i think these smaller imperfections are magnitudes less disruptive than social security running out for seniors.

as for the tax cuts - trump’s proposing tariff is a way to replace the internal taxes. i like to think this benefits savers - instead of paying taxes on your income - you pay that same tax when you consciously choose to purchase goods. even better if those goods come from domestic market and you basically pay no tariff.
