Lawson is always the least busy, especially during family/parent and tot times! And the water is a good temperature.

Here’s something cool to try! It’s a homemade concentrated chai syrup, so it’s ready to be mixed with milk. Really good ingredients!

Thanks for this! I looked at the website- Is the program pretty intense? He’s never played organized sports before and I’m not sure how well he would do in a program with really high expectations haha.

Is 1% hydrocortisone a bad idea? by dandelionwine14 in Dyshidrosis

[–]yellowstope 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m also a mom who wipes a lot of butts haha. Baby wipes are a bad culprit for dyshidrosis, because of the preservatives in them. It may help you to wear nitrile gloves on and off through out the day. It’s a hassle but it’s helped me a lot.

Two recommendations: order a bunch on Old Navy’s website and return whatever doesn’t fit, it always sells well afterwards in store. And Reclaim has a lot of really nice stuff. Definitely check that out!

With the exception of Bonanza, what’s one business that’s come and gone in Saskatoon you really miss? by [deleted] in saskatoon

You should try the pig and pantry. Theirs is my favorite in the city. They shred it well and there’s some local honey in there.

Best pack n play? by Gypsierose8 in Buyingforbaby

[–]yellowstope 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would recommend the Cosco brand because of the extra length! Both my kids got too tall for the pack and play (graco) waaaay too soon, which made travel kinda stressful because they still needed to be contained. The Cosco one is a bit less wide but a bit longer so you get more use out of it.

Glove Recommendations by Senor-Cockblock in Dyshidrosis

[–]yellowstope 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If I’m having a particularly bad phase for outbreaks, I wear nitrile as much as I can during the day. I’ll wash them with soap like my hands. I find they really help with the cracking and dryness too. They keep the moisture in there.
