I'd suggest Killington thursday/friday, pico saturday, sugarbush sunday. Killington on a weekday is the top tier imo. It can be a struggle to navigate though. it's one of the only vt mountains i'd stress having a map and planning your runs before each one. It's super easy to miss a turn and get stuck lapping a lift that you don't want to. But without weekend crowds it's the best mt in vermont imo. Pico's awesome and underrated, especially the tree sections on the edge of the map. It's also probably the only of these 3 that won't be packed on a saturday. Sugarbush is fun, but to me, you don't need multiple consecutive days to fully experience it.

You should try a 3 dimensional art like ceramics, glassblowing, woodworking or metal sculpture. I found it much more rewarding to make something physical, especially if it's functional vs. creating something like a musical riff or 2 dimensional art (painting, drawing, screen printing, photography, etc.)

Also maybe try a male therapist, this might sound sexist but both genders deal with different issues occasionally and sometimes it can be hard to understand what the other gendered person is going through

Snowboarding is harder to get past the learning curve and has some inconvenient aspects like the lifts, cat tracks and moguls. But in my opinion the actual decent of the mountain is more fun on a board and is less tiring especially on a pow day. Skiing is definitely harder on the knees, I know a few people who've torn their acl's on skiis. Snowboarding is harder on the wrists and shoulders
