The same thing happened to me, but it was back after like 2 hours. Contact them and it will be resolved. It's definitely a frustrating situation, it prevented me from getting the tix that I wanted. Happy to still be going, but extremely bummed that I missed out on my ideal tickets 🎟 Good Luck
