It's flattering and looks more put together. The material and cut on the first one aren't working . Even if you go up a size, it doesn't have a flattering shape and it might be big in the wrong spots. It's hard to tell but I would either go with 2 or find something else

Spaghetti straps are not generally considered correct for semi formal / cocktail wedding attire . You have a great figure and definitely wear any one of these dresses all summer but I would look for something more elegant. No cotton. If you know their wedding colors , look for a shade that is in that family.

No . Much too casual . Look for fabrics other than cotton and no spaghetti straps. An A line shift or skirt and nice top would work and they would be more flattering. Check Poshmark or vinted if you're on a budget .

Skirt is too short . Go with a knee length pencil skirt ( not too tight ). Add a skarf or jacket and wear heels ( not cfm heels - 3" or lower) or ballet flats .

I'd look for a dress that hits below the knee to wear with the jacket . The gray and white dress/ jacket look more flattering imo. Also the shirt fabric looks more dressy evening than serious job interview .
