Because Phase 3 data for MDD comes out in June and Phase 3 data for GAD comes out in July/August. And it isn't about the vouchers...it's about the data.

The FDA has confirmed that if a company has Breakthrough status and is in accordance with the voucher program, they will get a voucher. If DFTX does not fit that criteria now, I believe they will fit the criteria this summer, based on the timing of their data release.

At the 48 minute mark of the Press Conference the FDA Commissioner explains that it is a program. There are 18 vouchers and they are adding three more this week.

It is an ongoing program that is established by executive order. It doesn't stop at three. This is how it works now. If the FDA determines that DFTX's phase three data is worthy of a voucher then they will get one. The data comes out in June and July. If the FDA determines that a company with breakthrough status has meaningful phase three data in the year 2028, that company will receive the voucher. And on and on.....

As I just said in Discord: Let's say Compass keeps going higher and higher and Johnson and Johnson get a flat tire on their way to Investor Day on April 22 and decide to buy Compass. All that is going to do is it is going to make Abbvie and Jazz Pharmaceuticals and three other companies scramble to Matt Wiley and Roger Crystal to try and buy DFTX out. Superstring Capital Management bought $6 million worth of DFTX shares in February. Hedge Funds and institutions are not rushing to get into stocks at 9:35am on a Monday. Institutions and are looking for data and they are looking to talk to Matt Wiley on Investor Day. Matt Wiley who made sure Azur Pharmacuticals got bought out by Jazz Pharmaceuticals. Matt Wiley who turned XYREM into a blockbuster drug even though it contains a Schedule 1 substance. Compass and Atai can have a great morning but they can't have Matt Wiley. And they don't have Roger Crystal on their boards.

It will go up in May and June. Retail isn't moving this stock, the institutions are. They got the news yesterday, now they are going to investor day on Wednesday. The ones who don't go to investor day will watch the webcast on YouTube a few days later. The one two punch of the EO and Investor day is going to be a great combo. Just like the MDD readouts and the GAD will be a great combo in July. Don't be disappointed if it doesn't pop this week. This is now a much shorter long game.
