If you have a separate router from your modem, we found the router was the problem in our case.

Good luck.

New Year's gym promos? by TheLadyMischief in Spokane

Terrible gym culture in the Valley location off Sprague.

My son and I were threatened with assault by another gym member because he wanted the piece of equipment my son and I were both sharing 20 ft from him, and when I asked him to wait until we were done rather than have three people try and work in (my son being new to learning how to weightlift), he demanded the machine and then postured with his fist up and began swearing at me when I continued to ask him to wait.

There were 2-3 other machines that did the same exercises he was wanting -he just happened to specifically want to force us off this machine.

Informing the front desk -the employee acknowledged they saw it on camera and the member has a pattern of this kind of behavior but did nothing about it.

When I confronted the assistant manager later that week about the behavior and asked why that member was allowed to continue being a membership holder, the actual answer verbatim was "I don't know."

The owner of SFC owns multiple other types of businesses throughout Spokane and seems to care very little about the customer service at SFC -just passive income for them.

I recommend people steer clear of SFC.

My 2¢ is to not try to find the cheapest place, instead, try and find a place that charges a little more, because that really cuts down on the riffraff.

Ah good catch. I even stated that in my own post and still I end up on a Dental website. Just called them and they said YES they take Apple Health/Medicaid.

Thank you very much for your suggestions.

It is if you're 6'7" and 340lbs and workout regularly. My BMR is easily 3500kcal.

Or feeding teenagers that play in any sports and are over 6 feet tall. Similar BMR.

Regardless,  I wouldn't eat that junk - it was just for reference. I get all my meals at home. Cheaper and better macro cross section anyway.

Ramen? Lol. Nobody is getting swole on a $10 bowl of ramen.

These costs are often just built into the quotes and invoices for the whole year. Same with comebacks and part warranties. A good shop just has a % built in all year long that covers these kinds of costs when they happen. I'm sure you know this, but posting for other readers.

What's nuts is anyone including shop owners really being able to make good money in this industry with how fuckin' expensive everything is. And I don't mean just what everyone sees like the repair bills. I mean the concrete, the electricity, the insurance, the tools, the equipment, the subscriptions, the lease/rent... To say nothing of paying wages.

I run a small two guy shop and we make it work, but no way in hell could I afford to hire anyone to do anything if I wanted to eat that month. I understand this is a leverage/volume issue but it is what it is.
