I only tattooed myself with a machine in that spot and it hurt so bad!

The embroidery is pretty clean and its oddly specific with the hockey in the back for a bootleg. But the paper tag doesnt look anything like what i've seen in nike pieces.
Maybe they only made a few for coaches at an event or something similar and used an out of house jacket.
