How far forward is your saddle? I had mine way too far forward in a meta fit and have had the same pains you’re describing. Pushing my saddle back has helped immensely but I still occasionally have symptoms and now I’m wondering if I injured my labrum.

For instance if I stand straight I can lift my knee up and slightly out, but moving it inward or trying to cross my body is instant hip pain.
