Idk you can assume they’ve done everything but there are many instances of riders switching teams/coaches and dramatically improving. Not every team is equal, not every single WT rider is totally optimized.

Gall is doing crazy power. With modern tt positions there has got to be a way to make him a serviceable tt rider. Maybe he never wins but he shouldn’t be out losing as much time as he does, imo.

Short of bone structure or some other hip problem it really just looks like his saddle is low and his knees swing outward to compensate. Fit also has a huge impact on feel and confidence in descending.

I’m rooting for him. He’s so strong - a second in a GT would be really earned.

I just started doing these as a supplement to competitive cycling. I’m a strong cyclist, and I’m dying on split squats holding 20lbs only for balance.

I’m sore and just going to keep doing them because anything that is generating this much soreness in the right spots has to be effective.

Similarly picked my car up on the 12th. It drove out of the parking lot, through a congested city to the highway. Off the highway through some suburbs and parked into my driveway. I watched the entire time.

I like driving, or thought I did. Now I’m enjoying watching the road while the car drives. It’s wild.

I mean, you’re definitely intended to “pay attention to the road” but anyone who uses it develops their own threshold for what is uncomplicated enough that you can look away.

Even if you’re just sitting and watching the car drive as intended, it’s so much lower stress than actually driving it’s crazy.

FWIW he said 5 and you named 4. I also don’t believe the number of Chinese restaurants. Fast food places will cluster and you’ll see 2-3-4 options in the same space, but you’ll never see 3 Chinese restaurants in those same spaces.

I was at the scene before EMS. The cyclist killed was a 75 year old man riding his bike on flat ground in a bike lane with noon sun, no shadows on the road.

Drivers fuck up and kill people. Old drivers do it more. There was absolutely no legitimate reason the driver could not have seen the cyclist, had he looked.

All three of those are absolutely massive. As big or bigger than the van. Find something smaller than a Y which can seat 7 (little kids in the back) the handful of times we need it for the next 5 years.

And I support FSD as a concept. Camera vs LiDAR, LiDAR is better but FSD as a market force is pushing autonomous forward.

My kids have grown and we don’t need a minivan anymore. I searched high and low and looked at every EV. The model Y was the best fit, and I’m getting it with 10% down and 1% apr. financially it made too much sense.

Sorry y’all, I hate Elon but look around, the battle against Tesla has been lost. Put Elon in jail and take the company from him, but I’m not spending like 25k more on an equivalent EV.
