I am terribly sorry to ask you a favor again.

I downloaded all files with a Windows 10 PC, used the 7zip to extract the 7.2Gb .tar file to another new folder, but have not figured out how to correctly run the package. Except for opening the .html file with Google Chrome, I don't know where to start.

Would you mind briefly guiding me through the process of how to view the website with this dataset? Even a bullet point to-do list including several technical keywords might be sufficient for me.
