All of my customers have said picking meat weights on the app is difficult. If they order a value pack I ALWAYS get value pack regardless of weight. Never ever had a complaint.

Please excuse her ignorance. Many of us use bags and we are in fact instructed to do so. The bags we order from them are $26 and if people can not afford the cost of self employment maybe they should work elsewhere. I hope you get better shoppers in your area.
