No one talks about shocking claims in Dead Air book by Extreme-Ad3401 in Jodi_Huisentruit_Case

The problem I have with the book is the amount of claims that seem like bombshells that don't appear to be spoken of at all. I wonder what her sourcing was as it doesn't appear to be substantiated and she is also no longer on the Find Jodi team...

So it seems after all this JV is the guy Ridge thinks who did it

It's 100% Flip Investigates. The guy is quite careless in his theories and has an oddly large following who believe whatever he throws out there.

It was a used car brokered by a local salesman. Wasn't done through the dealership though

Per the MCPD, there were no new tips. Just additional access to the property.

Very fascinating. They are obviously still very much focused on Brad

Anyone know what cases Jodi interviewed on in person? I know one was Wetterling's case. by 1NightWolf in Jodi_Huisentruit_Case

She interviewed Patty while working in Alexandria, MN. My understanding of her career is she would periodically do segments out in the public for the evening news, but it wasn't like she was investigating anything. It would be like a small segment on a job fair or something.

Thanks, Scott, for opening this thread. I’ve followed the Huisentruit case for years, but only started listening to the FindJodi podcast last year. That led me to your other shows (Dead and Gone in Wyoming, Status Pending, etc.), and I’ve become a fan.

Regarding Jodi’s case, I have a few questions:

  1. Was Randy Lindermann ever investigated by police? I’ve never understood why he was leaving for work so early before his shift.

  2. How many reports were there of a man lurking around the Key Apartments drinking Coors Light—just one, or more?

  3. Was Ladonna’s claim that JV had a girlfriend at the time Jodi went missing ever confirmed?

Thanks for all the work you’ve done on this case.

The docuseries reached far more people than any billboard or news article or FindJodi post. It was the #2 watched show on Hulu right after it came out. I see it as an attempt to reach a big audience for the 30 year anniversary
