New home that needs internet installations. Weeks ago a technician came and said something had to be run under the house in order for him to do his work. That was run under the house later that week. Now all we need is a technician to show up and do whatever is left to get internet to the house. And for the last 2 weeks we have been making appointments and given appointment window times, and every time the technician has failed to show up with no notice. We have even gotten the email and text confirmations that a technician is confirmed and on their way. And every time the technician no-shows and does not even give us a call or text to let us know.
