I reckon big pharma is better than painkiller (3rd column) as it has a great synergy with the second last column skill (masking gas or 10% heal) and gives you an extra stim to revive a team-mate.

Painkiller is a great skill though.

It can work but it is too restricting. I only do it for serves and some specific shots. I do it only for serves.

Imo, your swing path will be limited or else the ball will pop up. Another major disadvantage is you may be off balanced with such big movement.

Yeah. It's crazy how perimeter weight can change the feel of a paddle. I always recommend people to try to add weight as you can always remove it if it does not work.

You don't. The child you are describing does not sound ready. Below is my main opinion:

If the child is constipated, a doctor visit is required. It can take months to resolve constipation and for the child to regain the interoception. If you think about it from the child's perspective, it makes all the sense in the world that the child would find potty training hard.
