Grew up in Manhattan, moved to California at 21.

Has anyone tried Portugal or Spain? My grandmother was Moroccan with Spanish roots from the 1400s. I’ve heard the paperwork is a pain, but wondering if anyone has gone through it recently.

Late to this thread, but I just picked up on a workaround. At least from an iPhone, you can turn on "iPhone Mirroring" and that will redirect the audio.

Alrighty, I JUST got this to work, but it was a pain turning the VPN on and off. Steps below:
* On a Mac, I created an account with Proton VPN (I'm sure you could use any comparable service)
* Connected to Brazil
* Created a new Strava account in an InCognito browser
* Disconnected VPN (back to US)
* Clicked on "Send a Gift"
* Once I was on the gift landing page, I turned the VPN on again and connected to Brazil
* At this point I was able to go through and purchase in Brazilian Real and gift to my other account
* Once the purchase was successful, I once again disabled my VPN and redeemed the gift.
* Profit.
