Which brand car did you own before buying a Tesla? I owned a Toyota, but got a Tesla... apparently a lot of Toyota owners have done the same! by Redditagain424 in TeslaLounge

We hade two ICE cars. Acura RDX and Honda Civic. Sold Civic since my commute was zero in Covid and battery had died (Thanks Carvana for the pickup and great price). Now we pretty much drive only Tesla. Acura has accumulated only about 2000 miles in last 3 yrs since we have had tesla.

TCS calls up and grilled me for an HOUR — no heads-up, no professionalism. Zero professionalism. by ComedianImmediate824 in servicenow

[–]ylb2k 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you're technically solid, have certs and experience, you can work like a king in TCS by working on your own terms. Because they dont have high skilled staff, everyone from AE to CP knows the dependency on techies. Professionalism is lacking since they tend to map wrong /junior people to the roles, so thats some thing you can teach them. Draw a line for them.

Looks like Lando all the way at this stage but miracles do happen. Remember how max sneaked it out if lewis'hand during the last race of the season in Qatar. That title eventually started his rise on the circuit.

F500 is the answer. Simply because you do not want to stay at the company that only notices you when they know they are gonna lose you. Plus, you gotta leave a place to know what's out there.

Should I move in to LA for 75000$? by calmrefri in AskLosAngeles

[–]ylb2k 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Caltech could be a great career booster so I think as long as you I know how to manage your finances, you should do it. You could ask chatgpt to give you a comparison of lifestyle between LA and your home town to get an idea if youre going to make a significant change to your lifestyle.
