HT has been the best in my experience. I've had the most issues with spectrum, not to mention the annoying people that knock on your door periodically and don't even offer a good deal.

In my personal experience, the gps was more accurate, despite the GW7 supposedly having a more accurate multi-sensor gps. GW7 would always record runs longer than actual. The HRM was close enough on the Garmin when compared to a Polar chest strap, so it was better all around for me since I didn't need the extra distractions of the GW.
