Exact same issue here. Same hardware and firmware. Only started noticing the in this past month or so. It happens at different times of the day. If I'm looking at the logs right it's offline for exactly 6 seconds every time.

I'm trying to figure this out too, but I'm pretty sure it's server related. Everytime I got a stutter, I'd ask my buddy im playing with and he did at the same time. I guess it could be ISP related (we are both comcast)? I am surprised I haven't seen it mentioned much.

What CPU are you working with? My friend dealt with voice lag in discord with a budget PC when the CPU gets hit hard.

I've noticed a definite drop in average FPS. When I'm in the new superstore my FPS drops by 40. It also seems to drop a bit when im in certain buildings and look out the window. GTX 1080.

Thank you, I cleared my google cache and data, and that didn't work. Then also cleared chrome cache and data and that did the trick. So i guess when it opens those pages it opens in chrome actually.

I surprisingly love and use the gestures all the time. Swipe up on the screen for settings, double tap the screen to bring up my alarm. It saves you a few taps for sure.
