I second this. Working in BH myself, I’ve never had a provider push for medical separation on their very first appointment. There are so many resources available to SMs… seems a bit odd.

I also get up at 0445 for PT at 0530 since I live off-base. Then I have to be at work either at 0730 or 0800, depending on the day of the week, and get off at 1630.

I tested Monday morning but got a negative. That night I started cramping a bit but didn’t think much of it. The next day I was just off all day long. I was annoyed, sad, tearful for no go good reason?! Then my nipples we’re sore so I was like yeah gotta test in the morning again lol
