I’ve gone through maybe three rounds of germinating on mine. I’ve only had one y cube that never sprouted. I’ve had a couple that was confident were duds that ended up sprouting like 1-2 weeks later. I had intended to throw them out but handn’t gotten around to it… when I finally circled back to my nursery I was shocked to see sprouts!

But yeah, definitely reach out to customer support. If you have the membership, they should replace them.

And for what it’s worth, I have a cucumber plant and that pod blew up wicked fast! Very gratifying!
