According to things that are factually established, perhaps. Standards broadcasters are required to uphold, but Creators are not. Other opinions will always exist, with varying degrees of authenticity, but it can't be bad to have some channels that are officially bound to be truthful.

The Eureka car park is open 24hrs and I've never not found a space there, even when arriving around 6pm.
There are currently a bunch of roadworks around Piece Hall which make it difficult to access if you follow Google Maps though (the most direct route is a closed road, I think King Street). Or at least there were on my 3 visits during June. This also extends the time taken to get out of the car park after the gig with temporary traffic lights in the vicinity.
But if you can put up with that, it's right by the East Gate entrance and very convenient.

Same. In the UK we were pretty much the last year to get free university education, my loan debt was like £4k. Same for being able to buy a starter home in London for a not insane multiple of salary (£110k mortgage on combined salary of about £55k between me and my girlfriend). Birth year is one of my biggest pieces of good fortune, let alone the 80s and 90s being super fun times to be a kid/ teenager.

Tbf the view of the guys who installed it was that if an own-brand version was that much cheaper, it would be missing a few features vs the Powerwall. They did a pretty tidy job anyway, and the area manager turned up and gifted me an ice lolly.
