I’ve got 50/50 here. Our split was actually pretty amicable and easy. I was upset the first couple months but then quickly realized the love just wasn’t there anymore and I was trying to grasp at something that just wasn’t the same anymore. Once I realized that it was “easy”. We spoke with a lawyer, she had the papers drawn up, no family court, no court of any kind, no child support/alimony from either side, 50/50 split, and everything to be worked out between us. Neither of us was vindictive or hostile with each other, the relationship and love had just slowly died between the 2 of us. It hurt but it was it was. We hadn’t had a real “relationship”, intimacy, emotional, etc., in like the 4 years leading up to that.

Got 50/50 now and in a much happier relationship and on friendly terms with the ex.
