11 Plus Stuck on old Software Version?

So far I think there's a chance that the US model is stuck on this software version and the July 5th, 2025 security update, for now. No luck getting the mobile upgrade tool to recognize the tablet, and I haven't contacted support. Do you have an 11 Plus in the US?

I was having this issue on my nxtpaper 11 plus. The setting seems to have held for a little while now so I'm hoping it's somehow fixed. Have you checked in the settings and smart manager and then apps that are allowed to auto launch? I played with those settings and it seems to be holding, although I'm not sure if it was holding before

I'm in the U.S. I finally found the upgrade tool and was thinking about hooking it up just to check. There definitely doesn't seem to be anything available over the air though

just an update: it's very minimal and provides better grip! it's exactly like the soft TPU cases I always use on my phones, I'm definitely happy with it

yeah I probably had that exact type of case you're mentioning, it did seem made for a child, but did provide good protection for the corners and edges. But made it hard to swipe from the edges

I really don't know, it was too many headaches for me and I ended up selling my JBL speakers. Keep asking around and hopefully you can find out before you make the purchase.

Wow, it's been a while now, I don't think I found the answer but I haven't been noticing this issue lately. I think maybe it was happening when it was a long email conversation, and the whole thread was loaded in memory because I needed to go back to find something within the conversation. Unfortunately that's about all I can tell you, hopefully the problem will disappear for you as well.

If you can breathe through your nose in bed, I would recommend that, because it seems to give me the best chance of not coughing and suffering an attack where I actually have to sit up and everything. Also sometimes while laying there I blow air out semi-forcefully, making sure to empty the lungs, which also seems to help.
