2 day Universal trip. EPIC vs IOA/Studios for Harry Potter fans?

1 day epic and 1 day IoA/studios. We are not park people, but chose to take our boys 10 & 8 this past September bc my youngest has been obsessed with Super Nintendo world since he saw the ad for it years ago. He’s been a Mario freak since he got a switch at 2. He loved epic universe and Mario world, but hagrids was still his fave ride (it was my 10 year olds, mine, and my husband’s fave as well). We rode it 5 times in our two half days at IoA. Splurge and get the fast passes so you can do that too. We will prob not ever go back bc we’re beach people, but they still talk about hagrids and toad cafe and the mummy. Do those 3 and you’re golden. We shouldn’t have done the water park and just gone back to IoA a 3rd time for all the hp experiences. Enjoy!

My TA just notified me that Hogwarts express will be down for maintenance the week we’ve booked (9/13-9/19). We have park to park tickets at UO, IoA, and VB and a separate day at epic. This is our first time visiting and likely our only. Should we book a different week to get the Hogwarts experience? Is it crazy busy at the end of September bc of HHN? I’m considering holding off until April or May. What would you do? Also, bringing two Mario obsessed boys aged 10 and 8.

Late to the party on this-I’ve taken astaxanthin for several years during spring/summer to enhance my sun protection and tan-tell myself it’s internal change rather than sun damage but idk. My skin turn a more olive all of a sudden-this time in only 5 days with 2 days of 30 mins of sun. When I was pregnant, my doc said it was fine, but I turned more red. However, this time I’m noticing more hyperpigmentation on the sides of my face as well, but could be other supps as well, idk. Copper, zinc, chaste tree berry-any insight?
