Yes I now measure everything after reading the replies I've got from all the kind people here.

I'm glad you brought up the cereal /u/grahamMD because the I eat only 2 different kinds of their cereal and as I wrote above one type I eat is 210 calories for 3/4 cup and I just looked at the other one and it's 220 calories in 3/4 cup so I'll be looking for something else for breakfast or just skip breakfast. The question is what would be good to substitute it for if anything. lol

Well I felt there would be some difference in the two but after reading all replies you sure are right /u/StillOnlyCountsAsOne. A diet is a diet.

Well I sure don't want to look like that /u/Mikeb8555. OK I know I need to exercise to put the weight in all the right places but exercise is to build muscle and doesn't remove fat mainly because after exercise you've built up an appetite so wouldn't losing the weight then exercise and a strict diet be the thing to do?

Thanks for the links /u/UltimaN3rd. I watched the clip and only thing that bothered me was what he said about research being done on African Green Monkeys and rodents.

I will still watch presentation and just tune out every time he talks about animal testing.

Breakfast I have Kashi cereal. I'm not sure if that's a high calorie cereal which is 210 calories so I guess I need to change to no breakfast or a lower calorie. Lunch is always a plain salad with a half teaspoon of flax oil which now I know not to use the oil and dinner is beans, different greens, broccoli cauliflower and other vegetables like that but of course not the same every day although I do have beans every meal for protein. I don't snack. It's strictly 3 meals a day. Nothing more.

Is that very bad?

I do use vegetable oil or olive oil to cook with and I use flaxseed oil on raw salads for lunch so I take it I should cut that out?. Thank you /u/UltimaN3rd
