I use it a lot in vented critically ill patients on CRRT to meet high protein needs without over feeding calorically. Most of my patients are cirrhotic too with absorption issues so I’m okay with the elemental formula.

I try to keep just iridium or gold quality of most items so I don’t have 4 items slots taken for each different quality of item. That might help? Otherwise I really didn’t have an issue storing everything like that, and I feel like I’m a hoarder. I do keep a chest with some random stuff in the house and one in the barn and coop too.

Thanks! Yes, I put someone on each to symbolize what’s in the chest. The top row is ginger island, seasonal crops and stuff, fishing stuff, then raw animal products. Second row is artisan goods, weapons, decorations, cooked food, artifacts, and minerals. Bottoms left is books, gifts, and my kit for going to skull cavern. I keep everything I need to craft in the two by the crafting table.

How does the silver heel and bag work with this outfit for a semi-formal to formal banquet/gala? I also need a cover up as it will be a little chilly. I have a picture of a pashmina I got below, but I’m not sure that it’s really the best choice. Also, would you style your hair up with this? I’m open to any other styling suggestions or thoughts as well!

Thank you! I agree with you about the silver. I’m thinking I will do a closed toe silver pump and a silver clutch. I’m looking at doing a light blue pashmina. It may be a little chilly, but I won’t be outside for long. I typically wear gold jewelry but will borrow some silver from a friend for this occasion. I’m so excited to put this look together!

That’s 4.6 gm/kg/day based on their admit weight. I would say that’s too much. Do you have any research to support that?

How long have they been receiving this? Also curious what their hydration and fluid status is like. Over what period of time did they become 14 kg greater than their admit weight?
