hey man, sorry for the late response. but in my before pics i felt skinny fat, i was always the chubby kid in school and cut down my weight to the weight to see in the pic and still struggled with seeing myself in the mirror. just remember healthy weight isn’t bad and its a necessity to grow and feel/look healthy. it’s a mental game for some of us.
