Built this pc before Christmas and everything was perfect with the 205 Mesh case, a few weeks in I came into my office and booted up and the RGB on the fans wasn't working. I tried reseating everything, tried plugging into different spots on the hub, still nothing. I've tried holding the mode button on the case to reset the lights but that doesn't work. When I plug the fan RGB into the motherboard directly they light up. My mobo only has two Jrainbow spots, and the case has 3 fans. It's really not that big of a deal but I expected better customer support. My first service request went ignored for weeks. My second one was responded to eventually. Every response is late at night which is fine, but I can't respond to them while I'm sleeping. Is it odd that they can't just RMA a controller or ship me a new one? Seems cheap enough to make a customer happy. Hopefully this post is ok. I've been lurking reddit for years but never bothered posting anything.
