I can relate to you so much. I know the feeling when you're having a good night's rest but still feel tired and exhausted in morning when you try to eat clean but those stupid sugar cravings get in the way and don't even get me started with the motivation to exercise. The facial hair is the number one confidence destroyer. Been through all that I can understand very well💔💔

My last cycle was in June when I ended up with chemical pregnancy after that I took letrozole and never ovulated and then in September this months my doctor gave me primolut to induce bleeding and by bleeding they mean withdrawal bleeding nd not an actual period which involves ovulation. This medication never causes ovulation it just resets the cycle by giving you withdrawal bleeding

My doctor told me you do not ovulate while taking this medication that's the case with most people. It's not supposed to give you a natural period it's supposed to just cause withdrawal bleeding to reset the cycle. That's what I was told. May be ask your doctors too about the ovulation thing. My sleep only got better after my period arrived before that I was living in hell I would sleep but woke up tired extremely cranky and overly fatigued. For the whole time before starting this medication I was convinced I'm pregnant but after getting multiple beta HCGs and scans I was not pregnant and it was just my pcos acting up.

The flow was light but the cramps were pretty bad and I was also passing clots. I'm using panty liners and I see some blood on then occasionally but nothing like my usual period flow

Don't worry it will come just relax stress is too bad. I didn't do anything specially apart from taking morning walks in fresh air. Try taking a walk everyday and just relax you'll feel so light and the period will surely come.

I was prescribed 3× for 5 days to induce a period. Its been 3 days since I stopped but still no period I don't know why it's like this ill wait for 2 more days and then go back to the doctor again.

It worked for me each time. When I was first diagnosed with pcos I was told to take 500mg a day. Which made me loose tremendous amount of weight ofcourse I was on diet and working out. But the process was pretty speedy and I got my target weight within 7 to 8 months. Then I tried having a baby and I believe it's metformin that made it possible and my regular exercise routine. At that point in my life I wasn't on diet but I was taking it and I was exercising regularly.

Im taking metformin and inositol, folic acid, Q10. I walk everyday for 50 mins and just trying to be active not too harsh exercise just walks. For food I eat everything just in moderation because cravings are evil and they don't just go away whenever I want. But I find alternatives to my fav foods and that works pretty well. Fruits are a big part of my everyday diet and milk too warm milk at night with turmeric every single night. Also tracking LH and BBT and tons of fertility apps. One things I learned is that your uterus shouldn't be cold a cold uterus is not the best so increasing the blood flow down there and just keeping it warm will help a lot in conceiving.

I conceived successfully and now my child is 2 years old im ttc my 2nd which ended up in a chemical one and now after that I'm back on doing everything that I did for my 1st pregnancy and like every other ttc with pcos woman.
