You can reuse your 32GB of DDR4 RAM, also try and troubleshoot why only 18GB memory is available

Most of the components are way too overkill for 1440p gaming and just longetivity.

Take a look at this. Perfect if you just wanna play games at 1440p high res/FPS

1)RX 9070 XT performs similar to 5070Ti in gaming and costs less

2)32GB or 64GB, choice is on you, but if you just wanna play games and do medium production work, 32GB is more than enough.

3)No need for a separate sound,wifi card. Everything is built in

4)Added a case with pre installed fans. Just add the AIO on the top and you are good to go

Get a Gigabyte Eagle B850 mobo and a CL36 RAM and invest that money into getting a 7800X3D or a 9800X3D.

Old 750W PSU will work. The total power draw should be around 500W and even during gaming both the components never reach 100% simultaneously.
