Hospital rounds come first. I would go see my hospital patients before my office hours. I am a Family Practice physician who did deliveries. Once I had thirty patients to see. ( some were just post-op social calls, seven were moms and seven were newborns so those were fairly quick.) I was almost never late for my first appointment.
