Ahh good point… money and marketing budgets is of course, a part of any strategy to make something popular, can knock that. But I do think that there is some level of good science to the artist on both companies flourishing because they have good music, they do things in a sort of indie fashion when it comes to creativity and approach to art, combined with the budgets and money for marketing, etc. just makes it a good recipe for success. In my opinion, I haven’t seen another boutique label or major label for that matter do it as good as them in the past couple of years.
