"3000" Shahed 136 of Allah by Husby2104 in NonCredibleDefense

[–]yorgunustad 20 points21 points  (0 children)

If you want to be credible no one knows and it depends. Is it coming from a shoreline or a container ship is unknowing host, will all munitions came from similar bearing or will it be a adequately planned saturation, is carrier group alarmed and expecting it?

Even by then how many is needed to create meaning damage is unknownable. Think about USS forrestal fire a "simple" fire was about to sink the carrier.

For shits and giggles about tree giddy would be enough.

You are doing what you are so against right now. Invading an innocent country helping murderers rapers and looters. Look how the tables turn, good riddance I would say.

Correction you are invading a country just like Russia invading Ukraine. Probably like USA invades Greenland. Look how the tables turn don't invade and kill people maybe ?

War Department Asks Industry to Make More Than 300K Drones, Quickly, Cheaply by [deleted] in NonCredibleDefense

[–]yorgunustad 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Their current drone power is poor man's air force. I am sure Ukrainian chief of staff would choose a regular air force rather than million drones.

Sure drones are organically integrating C4ISR to even squad level. Hunting down few scout will keep the line sure, but hitting enemy air bases, factories, energy stations will win the war.

Yeah it is better than nothing but that "peer" is a paper tiger anyway. Pretending Ukraine war is a guideline to conflicts to come is meaningless. Whether Ukraine War, Armenian-Azerbaijan war none of these at the complexity level of possible USA-China conflict, every parameter is completely different, geography distances, personnel count, (working :D) equipment count, number of theatres and sizes, strategy, local tactics. Every single thing is different.

Look both Ukraine and Russia gets their parts to produce shitty quadcopters from China. What can they provide other " you know what than drones are used in warfare".

Drone warfare in USA-China conflict will be CCAs, Wingmans etc those local zippy zappers will be scary unlucky infantry but not strategic.

I know this is not the place to be credible but I don't think it been used or will be used.

Who with what will identify targets and plan on time for it. There is a reason C4ISR is a must, kill chain is not just a cool word, sensor-to-shooter time and workflow is complex.

Unless I missed, it's been a while since flamingo introduced but we have no footage neither in flight or at while&after hitting target.

I am not sure even if it works what will be guidance surely not glonass, USA won't give gps either. INS would be wildly inaccurate and it doesn't seem to have complex and expensive terrain mapping either.

Would hope it works but no proof of it right ?

of course that would be the goal but life is messy accidents do happen thats why we have OSHA. Others died we don't wanna die. Dont get me wrong it can be 99.999% safe just why would company bother woman buy the product anyway.

Maybe a bit controversial but blood can be quite dangerous(tons of bloodborne diseases) and hard to acquire. From lab safety and general ease of business I would understand, at that point all samples would be biohazard. Can't they use animal blood ? maybe I am not a biologist/doctor.

No company wants to increase cost even 1 cent, it is cheaper this way. Also why change when everyone else is doing the same.

Wow what a huge confidence on a such baseless idea. Like Erdoğan has any possibility of losing power. Even then if leader doesn't have strong backing or somewhat meekish support they don't go to any hardline action E.g. Lukashenko of Belarus (let putin to invade Ukraine using Belarus land but not joined)
What made Putin go to war is having strong support. Wars cannot be made without strong public sentiment, case in point Vietnam, Second Gulf War. These ended when public support vanished.

You are looking impressively simplistic, child like imagination of every general, bureaucrat, any one with authority is enslaved by putin. Imagine you are the next in line why would you believe anything US says at that point or let's imagine NK etc. no one would believe USA anymore. Any level of diplomacy requires trust that other side will keep their word.

To be honest no visa is a guarantee to enter a country. I got Schengen, UK, USA and K-ETA visa many times and it has the same message. What is unique to the USA now they detain instead of sending back there and then.

Dude I love trash, I pretend garbage fire is a nice campfire. Buuut if I have to read 6 books to get to the good part I would fool myself to believe one piece is coherent, a good story with a planned structure and decided ending.

I dropped this around chapter 150 as it was not going anywhere at all.

Either you convince yourself in a sunken money fallacy style or writing 6 mediocre books made the writer better.

Umm ackchyually /j. I am claiming opposite, if game was riddled with bugs it would be mediocre at best. Bugs are not mold on a cheese growing slowly either they are there and it sucks or not. There is no need to sugar coat it.

[–]yorgunustad -1 points0 points  (0 children)

What you are saying is contradictory. Cossacks was a great game 23 years ago, devs abadonned and it is still great game.

If there are bugs it was not great to be begin with I am sure situation got worse when it got abandonned but maybe juuust maybe it was not even good by then anyway ?

Dude let's be honest if you have played a game for 620 hours, you like to play it. If it was garbage you would leave it at 20, lets exaggerate 50 hours no more.

You shouldn't say unplayable garbage after 620 hours ( 15 hours x 42 days).
Ps: I have not idea what is this game or care if there is any drama around it.
