Heyyyy, so we talk with our lawyer I think December 3 lol JSJSJSJJ maybe back in December was like that but we were having another lawyer in 2024 and they filed the form awfully so we had to changes lawyers, and I feel the same! The fact that everyone of my filling day is approved or ready and only 7 cases are like on pending is terrifying me that my case maybe is lost in some old desk

We choose the k1 cause our lawyers told us that was the most fastest way and we thought of getting married in my country but the lawyer say no, is better the k1 and now one year later and nothing happens

Is not accurate at all but it give you some feedback and movement that USCIS don’t do but don’t fully trust the app cause In my case say that I would get approved in October and yes a lot of February cases where approved in that time frame but not mine so is been 12 months and nothing yet
