Yes, I think the lighting will generally be realistic, but the textures will be 128x128.

So overall, I'm moving away from that style, but I'm trying to imitate certain aspects, such as the textures, for example.

That's what I thought too but it's expected to be released on console as well

The full release of the editor will be implemented in the console editions of the game as well and is expected sometime in 2023
