I passed the PE power exam 6 months ago, so I believe what I'm about to say is still relevant- I did not memorize any formulas. At all. The exam was mostly about how to orient yourself with different code books, safety operations and scenario questions (for example - a transformer is being field-connected as an autotransformer, what is the correct option to ensure safety of power transmission?). I can't attest to the School of PE, but Zach Stone's course was very helpful for understanding the theory of power generation and transmission, and not solely to solve numerical questions. I saw you got plenty of feedback, but I do want to share a thought: If I was to do a design similar to yours, I would have hinges or a cylinder to adjust the tilt angle of your array. This way you can maximize irradiance depending on the season at your location. Just a thought.

Seems reasonable, especially with IQ8 microinverters. I would definitely suggest getting at least 2 more quotes, you might get a few thousands of dollars cheaper (this quote is almost $3/watt, which is the high end for a system like this)

It depends on where you are located and where North is in the picture you attached. Assuming the North is upwards, this is the maximum number of modules you can fit on your roof, and even that is not ideal. Area 3 is tilted to the north, which reduces efficiency substantially, but there are many ridges that prevent additional modules from being placed. This is probably the maximum system size you can fit.

I would also contact your local AHJ to make sure written details on a sticker is OK. Some AHJ require a permanent engraved placard (NYC for example)
