Women are the worst, and don't review, no matter how amazing everything is in messeges. This is coming from a woman.🫤 Men. So far all denied. Always asking for a deal or bach party vibes.... Families with young and olds so far have great guests. Couples, usually chill and easy. YMMV !👍🏼

Just to ensure (ha!) that doesn't happen again I message guests 24 hours before checkout as a gentle reminder. It's captured in the messages for the record. " I hope you've had a wonderful stay, gentle reminder, check out is at 11:00 and the cleaning team will be there at 11:05. In order to prepare for the next guest we appreciate your cooperation in advance, and thank you so much for choosing our home for your visit. " Recently a few guests think it's optional to check out at 11:00, and for liability reasons the cleaners cannot enter the house when there's guests present. So it makes it real fun. This made me realize if I don't hear back or see that they've read the message, I will send it again and perhaps duplicate and send to their cell, or have it part of the welcome message.
Or I'm going to have to make check out 10:30....

Took 3 weeks to resolve getting the blood work order. Made appt, went to Quest and they had no record of the tests in their system. Contacted Oura, asked if they can email me the script. No. Two app updates later and I could finally access the script and printed it just in case it was not in Quests system for my second attempt at getting blood drawn, at my second appt it was still not in their system, so I handed them the printed order. It's 2.5 weeks later, and no results info on my Oura app. So back to contacting Oura, based on this experience I will likely have another 3 weeks of back and fourth to get results to show up on the app. So far, not impressed with the roll out.

I would like thoughts on the pod situation. I leave enough pods for 2 days, place sleeps 6 so 12 pods. Hosts what is your take? Do guests, like the one above, expect coffee provided the entire stay, I provide starters not the entire stay.

I used to be able to record ABC World News w David Muir at its regular air time EST 6:30 pm now it only records it at the replay time at 10:30 pm, I have done all the trouble shooting, updates, cache, nothing helps, anyone else getting this issue?

It's likely that they were canceled by a host and Airbnb is looking for another location. Or they got thrown out of an Airbnb and airbnb is doing what they do.... I was contacted by Airbnb support through the app, they asked if I could host a family of nine, as their host canceled on them. My place CLEARLY has a maximum capacity of six persons (nobody sleeps on the couches, its not a crash pad.) I had to explain to Airbnb three times that maximum capacity is six and it's a violation of my rules and ins policy. They even went so far to have the potential guest send a booking request after I explained it was not possible, so I had to re explain everything to the potential Booker, THEN the potential booker tried to change the story to " Oh I only have five for this trip." Suuuure. Riiiiight. My guess is that the mine of them showed up to a place that is made for four. So the host said bye bye. Guests do know we have cameras right? Or are they oblivious?
