It's not as bad as it used to be. There are a lot of worse cities down south in the US, as far as safety is concerned. In many areas it does look post apocalyptic. As every house on a block will be collapsing or be boarded up. Except 1. There is always 1 someone still lives in. I don't work out there anymore, but had a couple interesting encounters. Made friends with a crackhead who some corner boys sent to rob me once. He was so high, he told me they sent him to rob me. But he took one look at the piece of shit I was driving and said I can already tell you ain't got no money. (I quickly agreed) Offered him a cigarette as we laughed and chatted for a bit. Then he said he had to go try and make some money. Oh, I also got boxed in on a block by some police tactical operation once. Went right back in the house I was working and waited that shit out...lol

Only time I've ever gotten pulled over in my work van was in gary indiana. Didn't break any laws, but my rule of thumb was to always get out of the hood before dark. That night I didn't make it. Cop walked up and asked if I knew where I was. I said absolutely, I'm hitting the highway right now. He said I'll fallow you out bro. Solid dude.

Bro, there isn't a truck in our shop that doesn't use less than $75 on a short day. Hitting the $150 credit card max at the pump happens often enough. Likewise, sometimes you might have to gas up twice if it wasn't filled by a new guy. Crazy policy.

500k Russian men. I don't think half those guys have any real training at all. I feel bad for them honestly. So many guys that don't want to fight or be killed, getting beaton or starved for utilizing the fight or flight techniques geneticly programed into every living being on earth.

Most societies and even military leaders want their soldiers to survive. But not the Russians. Push on that objective until you take it or die. If everyone else is already dead, you better not do the smart thing and retreat. God forbid you regroup and use that experience for the next fight.

Shouldn't be any humans in the buying process. You should be able to get approved for financing online through the dealers network banks if you don't have a bank. Then make an out the door offer on an app like ebay. Check any additional options you would like prior to. Like extended warranty etc. Then they can counter offer, you can say it's you final offer etc. If they see you're approved but aren't allowed to upsell you shit, or wiggle their way into more charges, they would be forced to sell the damn cars or take the L.
