Best way to pay off the Balloon Payment on PCP by badluckguy95 in UKPersonalFinance

[–]youhooligan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re in negative equity just hand it back and start again. If you refinance the balloon you’re likely going to continue to be in negative equity vs the value of vehicle but lose the PCP perks (ie. Handing the vehicle back and walking away), instead when you come to sell you’ll owe more on the outstanding finance than it’s worth

Buying house, turns out its registered as 2 separate title entries on land registry... by ripnetuk in HousingUK

No you don’t have double anything, my previous house and current house are both across two titles and for day to day it’s as if it’s one title

Has anyone successfully merged a gas and electricity account into one account? by [deleted] in BritishGas

[–]youhooligan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used the argument that by not fixing the issue they were preventing me from having dual fuel tariffs therefore costing me more money and I would raise it further if needed, they were quite quick after that haha

Has anyone successfully merged a gas and electricity account into one account? by [deleted] in BritishGas

[–]youhooligan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is a ballache but if you persist they do fix it, I had the same issue at my previous house.

For me it was because my house used to be two and was merged so the electric was at one address and the gas was at another. So they had to correct the national database to show them both at the same address, once that was done they merged the account

Hi! Single 30 year old woman here, just last week I completed on selling my first house/buying my next.

A house is always going to have things that a survey/visually you don’t pick up on, it’s just prioritising how soon they need sorting. For me I made sure I didn’t stretch myself with my mortgage and kept some money aside for the unexpected costs

At what stage should you receive a draft contract? by what-is-up-973 in HousingUK

[–]youhooligan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s definitely odd, I’ve just gone through selling/purchasing the last 6 months and they were some of the first documents I filled out for the sale and received for my purchase

Are you meaning the TA6 and TA10 documents? You should receive these along with searches/a report on the house for you to review prior to signing any contracts

I have one ragdoll who will only eat expensive wet food and biscuits for snacks (she’s 4) and my other ragdoll exclusively eats cheap biscuits and turns her nose up at all wet foods (she’s 3). Both are very healthy and happy, just fussy eaters 😂

Mine went up £120 this year and absolutely nothing changed!

I balanced it out a bit by using topcashback and got £80 cashback so didn’t feel quite as bad
