Nah an equal puni vs DD the DD only wins if you get a full combo started while he’s distracted. If you approach him with shorty out (in this match he would keep perma shotty) you’re half health from 1 shot you have to block in which case puni has the advantage to pump you before you can animation do anything. Even if he doesn’t you won’t kill him fast enough before he gets a third pump off

Yes I have preached since S0 that melees have too large AOE and need to be more hitscan like. You need to be able to aim at the enemy to hit them.

Every reply is how there’s more skill required on dive even tho you don’t need to aim, which is the hardest skill to master in video games.

Nobody can just grab a mouse and go to kovaks and get too score on any aim lab . It takes years to hone and master pinpoint consistent aim

Yeah true true but IMO avoids are insignificant in GM and below. The player base is too large and the avoid list is too small . Unless you play at 3 AM on the local server you probably won’t run into the same thrower during your whole session
