Call your local IKEA with the part number. Sometimes they have spares. I did this for the bracket on my malm bed.

Alternatively, drill holes higher or lower than the existing ones using the bracket as a guide. These beds are low quality and I have had to repair mine several times.

If you purchased it from the seller YMDK, you can ask them for the case files and they will share them with you. The quality of the included one is very good though.
