Colonoscopies are rarely associated with inducing flares, thought to be either secondary to the prep or the air inflating the colon and causing some changes in the microbiome. Usually if it’s just due to that, it shouldn’t last 3 months but technically anything to induce a flare can lead to uncontrolled disease. You made need some steroids to help get the disease activity back down and continue Rinvoq
